I just want to thank everyone at the Park Vue Inn. This is the 3rd time I've stayed there this year. This is the only place I'll be staying when I visit Disneyland or any over event in the area. The accommodations are perfect. The front desk personnel are great. They really make you feel at home. It's nice to know I have a place that I can go and have no worries. I just wanted to say that I was very satisfied with our experience staying with you. Everything was neat and clean We checked in early and it was no problem as there was a room ready. I especially liked being one of the closest places within walking distance to Disneyland. That was a big plus with two young kids. Nice to have the laundry room also so we know next time that we don't have to pack as much clothes. We plan on staying with you the next time we visit Disneyland or are in the area. Pretty reasonable rates for that doesn't make a family go poor trying to take a vacation with their kids. The Shimazu Family

What great customer service. We purchased incorrect park tickets and your staff was nice enough to reverse the charge. It was handled very professionally and we really appreciate it. We have just arrived home in Australia from the USA. From the moment we arrived at the Park Vue Inn we loved it. The location was fantastic, the room really comfortable, beds nice and soft, bathroom very nice and shower had great pressure (very important for women washing hair). The staff were so lovely and helpful, you should be very proud of them. Nothing was a problem for them and they always had a smile on their faces. When I return to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Park Vue again and will certainly recommend you to friends. B. Dixon Australia

My family and I stayed at the Park Vue Inn and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, everything worked properly, there were plenty of fresh towels and freshly made beds everyday... it was just wonderful! The continental breakfast was more than we could have expected - pancakes, croissants, toast, cereals, toast, donuts, yogurts, fresh fruit - it was a wonderful selection to choose from. And I just can't say enough about the maid service! They were friendly, fast, and consistent. Each night we came back from the Disney parks to a clean room, which was such a treat. I also appreciated the daily newspaper and having a small selection of hot beverages in the room. I was able to get up before everyone else and have a cup of coffee while reading the paper... (the calm before the storm ha-ha) Your rates were reasonable, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We'll definitely be coming back! I was very impressed with the room. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator, coffee machine and a microwave oven. The pool was great. I liked the shop you have there for souvenirs. It made it very convenient, not to mention the proximity to restaurants and the Disneyland Resort entrance. We had a great time. Robert D. El Passo

We have been going to Disneyland on annual passes for years. We have always stayed at the hotels next to yours and decided to try yours because we read somewhere that you had pillow top mattresses. We will never go back to those other hotels! The employees at Park Vue are nothing but nice and go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms far exceed what the places next door offer. The beds are better, the rooms are cleaner, it is run like a little upscale hotel, but without the upscale prices. Park Vue offers rooms for a couple and for families. It is everything we need, we will never stay anywhere else when we visit Disneyland. Jana

We stayed at the Park Vue Inn in July and again in September. Just wanted to let you know that our search for a quality, value-price motel in the Disneyland area has finally ended. We have stayed at many other places in the past, and we will not hesitate to come back to the Park Vue again! In fact, we plan to visit in mid February and bring our two granddaughters. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Park Vue Inn. The room was very clean and modern. The fridge and microwave were added features that we utilized and were grateful for. Our arrival was late in the evening, but your Front Desk staff were awaiting us, which made us feel welcome. The proximity to Disneyland allowed us to enjoy Mother's Day there and come home for a little rest at lunch and return to finish-off the day with the incredible fireworks display. Our stay at the Park Vue Inn was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at any motel. The staff were super. What ever our needs were, they were right there to lend assistance. We really liked our room a lot. Very spacious and VERY clean. As to being close to the main gate to Disneyland, well you just can't get any closer. It was so nice to be able to be that close so that in the afternoon we could come back to our nice air conditioned room for a needed rest or a cooling dip in the pool, then go back over for a relaxed evening at either of the parks. We were VERY HAPPY with our stay at the Park Vue Inn. We had the 2 bedroom suite and the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very accomodating when we requested extra towels. We have stayed multiple times with the Park Vue Inn and have strongly encouraged friends, family, and work associates to stay at the Park Vue Inn for their trips to Disney. We appreciate not only the proximity to Disneyland, but the fact that the hotel is accomodating to allowing us to arrive and park early in the day or leave the property late in the evening after we've checked out from the hotel. Loved the Park Vue. I took my 9 year old son on a trip to Disneyland with a four night stay at the Park Vue Inn. The newly remodeled room we stayed in was beautiful with a Jacuzzi tub (in addition to the tub/shower in the bathroom) and king size bed. The location is wonderful as his tired legs did not have far to walk after fighting the crowds after fireworks and parades. We were sitting in the lobby waiting for a friend and had an opportunity to watch the front desk staff. They were extremely polite with each check in and check out and handled everyone with respect, always making sure their custumers were satisfied. Anyone who came in early and their room was not ready could leave their bags and start their Disney day immediately. The hotel is updating all the rooms and it will be worth it (not sure of all the floor plans). In our room there was an additional sink and vanity outside the bathroom which is wonderful when getting ready each morning. Also, there is a good size fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We got two meals out of one many times as we would eat out and then bring the rest home for dinner. We also purchased our Disney tickets right at the lobby and it saved us quite a bit of time in line. We have traveled quite a lot and would say this was a great place to stay, close by everything and a conscientious staff happy to accommodate our reasonable requests! Our stay with you all at Park Vue Inn was like always, very enjoyable. We stayed for seven days and wished we'd stayed longer. Your entire staff from the people who took my reservation, the front office, your maintenance and cleaning ladies, including the lady in the continental breakfast, were all very courteous and helpful. We wanted to take just a minute to say THANK YOU again for the wonderful stay we had at Park Vue Inn. We travel a lot, as my husband works for an airline. I also worked at several Marriott property's over a 10 year time. Your front desk staff was fabulous, they got the work done to check us in and were able to answer all the questions we had. Without asking they were even able to get our rooms side by side. Each time we would come into the lobby there was always a smile and hello waiting. The price is unbeatable, it made staying that extra night easy. Housekeeping has done an awesome job, the rooms were clean and there was no smell. That is something over time I have come to realize is not a given. The grounds never looked messy and the pool was great. To top off an already wonderful stay, breakfast was outstanding, very well done. Upon returning home, a co-worker mentioned that he was going to Disney Land and asked if we knew anyplace to stay. Mr. & Mrs. Sanders checked into your Inn a few weeks later. Thank you for not only our great stay but that of a co-worker as well. We were in the US for almost a month and for the last 15 night period we based ourselves at the Park Vue Inn. I have just gone onto the Virtual Tourist website and left a positive recommendation for the Park Vue Inn - you & your staff do deserve it.
